- Return Process: If your return request is eligible, we will guide you through the return process. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team and provide details of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will initiate a return request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The vendor will send you an email with detailed instructions and the RMA number on behalf of RanQLabs.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Attach the provided RMA number and return label to the package.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for eligible items will be borne by the seller/vendor. The vendor will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange for a pick-up by RanQLabs. Please ensure that the item is returned within 5 days from the date of receiving the RMA number.
- Inspection and Refunds/Exchange: Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection by the vendor to verify the damage or incorrectness. If the inspection confirms the issue, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement, as per your preference.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the vendor receives the returned item and completes the inspection. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and their policies.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These items will be clearly indicated on our website, and all sales will be considered final for such items.
